This is the 4th expression in J. Mattingly's series of CIB bottles. This is a straight bourbon whiskey containing 6 & 7 year barrels with a Mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. The 'CIB' as it's known recognizes the heroic efforts of the Army's Infantry and Special Forces Divisions who were engaged in active ground combat. There are limited quantities, and a portion of the sale of this 116 Proof Bourbon Whiskey will go towards Forgotten Coast K9, a nonprofit that provides service dogs to veterans and first responders to help them heal.
